Beautiful view.. I think the golden & rainbow colours add a lot to the picture..
Did you try to adjust the contrast? I think making the golden colour stronger will be a good idea.. :)

The seagels are well focused, well done..
I suggest you lighten the pic a little bit and maybe add some colour using PS..
I love burj al arab, everytime I pass by it, I imagin it as a big postcard... Wonderful..

I like the calming colours, and i think your choice of mixing between the light brown and the shades of grey is great..

Amazing shot.. the unusual colours added so much richness to the picture.. the noise created a texture to the sky and the clouds..
I personally find the noise and the colours added a great texture to both the sky and the clouds...
