The water "horizon" is not horizontal. You can correct this via cropping and rotating.

It is very much overexposed and washed out. Think you did it on purpose however. I think there should at least be one area with normal saturation in it. For instance the black hair. Just my opinion.

Maybe a little bit more colour saturation ? The tail of the left one is cropped out. Think it should be completely visible. Just a detail.

Do not know halina quality, but the picture seems a little bit unsharp. 28 mm (24x36 camera) is not optimal for portrait.
