Beautiful photo. The lighting, and colors are wonderful. I find the stem and small flower a bit distracting. It takes away from the beauty of the rose.

It was just the feeling I got from the fallen trees and the ones left in the middleground. I like the photo, I just thought I would express my feelings from it. I live in an area that contains the results of past years strip minning. I know we have come a long way from those days, but the effects of past practice still sticks in my mind for the environment.

The motion of the loader and the emptiness of the trees against the mountain with few trees left standing in the middle ground gives a feeling of destruction.
