Per, the only thing wrong with that shot is I didn't take it. Nice job! The only thing I might do to it is touch up the eye center to remove the double catchlight (lower section).
But regardless it's outstanding.

Thanks Rajnish, I appreciate your kind words. I like the contrast with the dramatic background in this shot, but feel the foreground is a little too "hot".
