Thank you for the comment Mona. :) I bought the wings at a halloween costume store. They were MY costume last year, and are now studio props. On a side note, I bought a smaller black pair at the same time. This is the perfect time of year to shop for cool costumes for your models, so take advantage of it.

Hello all and thank you for your wonderful comments. I'm overwhelmed at the response to this shot! For those of you wondering, there is no color or saturation adjustment in photoshop on this one. It's all in the raw file because it's lit with gold umbrellas and gold reflectors.

Thanks again for your comments!

This is a wonderful image. The tonality is awsome, and the woman is a complete beauty! Well done!

A lovely portrait of a very cute little girl. Highly saleable, a Mom would eat this up! Congrats!

A wonderfully wierd photo! I love it! And the texture really adds to the image. Is that PS'd?

This image has amazing texture and tonality! I also love the composition. A nicec tight crop makes him look a little otherworldly. Wonderfully done! Congrats!

This is an awsome shot! I love the tone and texture. My only suggestion would be to bring down the tones on her face a touch. They're a bit bright. Although, it certianly could be my monitor. Overall a lovely portrait of a strong confident woman. Well Done!

Wonderful image! I love the vignetting... as well as the detail in the mud... the handprint on the chest. All great details. And the lifted eyebrow makes you wonder if she's smiling. I would love to see it printed big. Very well done.

I don't know which user it is, but he sure is cute.

Love the grain in this shot. It makes the image.

Awsome... I relly like this one. Although a tiny bit of shapening in PS would make it perfect. Especially if you were to print it large. I'd love to see your flower shots printed big and hung together in a series.

Wow, this is a beautiful image! I absolutely love it! And, no I am not biased. This is a slam dunk and would look stunning printed large for my wall.... err, I mean, a wall.

I love this shot! It is such a great use of selective coloring! In color the plant would probably over power the ladybug. But this B&W/Color treatment is perfect. To me, it seems to tell the stoy of an innocent ladybug that landed on some strange and hairy creature! Well done!

Beautiful. I normally dislike a portrait if I can't see the speculars in both eyes. But this is a good example of a possible exception to that rule. Although, I would like to see a little more light on the dark side of the face, as well as a little less light on that left arm. Your eye goes to the brightest part of aphoto and mine are pulled to that spot which takes away from the impact of the lovely light on the face. But, that is just nitpicking. A lovey portrait overall, and very saleable as an art piece for a family's wall. Well done!

Wow, that is a sweet shot! Such expression in their faces. And I also love the way the light is falling on them just so. Was this shot in a zoo? You sure can't tell if it is, which can be quite a challenge to pull off. Well done!

Thank you for the compliment Ron. Yes, I did whiten the eyes. But, mostly the heavy contrast came from cross processing the film.

I love this image. It's a wonderful moment you've captured. Your boy looks so confident while also dwarfed by what surrounds him. Small, but tough it seems.
