Thanks, Gary. This fog is very common here on late summer and early autumn mornings and although it's a nuisance for driving, it certainly provides many atmospheric photo ops.

An amazing shot, Gary. The juxtaposing of the "Tin God" against the backdrop of modern architecture brings out the idea of the sculptural elements in the buildings. The black and white works quite well for this scene with a wide range of tonality and very pleasing contrast.
The reflections seem to indicate the transient nature of our accomplishments, whether artistic or utilitarian: they could all be gone in a moment like the image in the water.
This work forces us to ponder who or what it is that we worship, and why.

The exposure here is spot on and I really like the way the light reflecting off the pews seems to lead to the Bible.
This photo has special meaning for me as I recently studied the book of Ezikiel.
Thanks for sharing this one.

What a spectacular scene! Blue sky, turquoise water, sandy beach, coconut palm and sail boats. Like a Jimmy Buffet album summed up in a photograph. Perfect day indeed.

Wonderful texture in the rocks, and very well composed. Keeping the boat in the frame adds a human element to the scene - we can imagine being on board and sailing into some adventure.

A great study in contrasts. You did a good job of capturing an image under adverse conditions. The trees on the middle ridge are located perfectly. Congratulations.

The combination of textures works very well here. The fogginess of the ocean and clouds balances the hard surfaces of the rocks nicely. High contrast B&W is the right choice for this scene, I think.

I think is a very successful image in that you have captured the feeling of peace and tranquility. The glassy surface of the water and the other-worldly glow of the IR combine to make this picture a winner. Well done.

I think you've done a good job of conveying peace and tranquility here. Placing the horizon directly in the middle seems to work well in this image and the rock outcropping in the shadows balances the bright sunlight very well.

I think this scene has lots of potential. The stone steps certainly lead the eye, but I feel that the lighting is too bright here. "lost in the forest" seems to imply a feeling of fright or despair and I think that a darker image might have conveyed that feeling more successfully.

A beautiful way to welcome April and the spring. The many layers of petals, like layers of our lives, some in sunlight, some in shadow.
Excellent macro image.
