Nice exposure of the shooting environment, and blending of a portrait shot into that environment.
And, hey, that looks exactly like the stool that I use.

Well posed and beautiful colors. But it is too bright to convey a negative state for me. And I would have liked for you to have used a reflector to throw more light on his face.

Very dramatic capture. Any your usual excellent technical quality. I am particularly drawn to the left eye, and how the dark of the eye almost blends into the shadows.
