I live here and know how hard it is to capture the blues and greens along the coast because the water always looks greenish brown and the hills are burnt. I like the layering of contrasting elements such as the bright and colorful vs. dark and shadowy, curvy lines of the mountains against the straight lines of the foreground and again the stark contrast in bright color vs. dark black there. The extra long panorama is nice too.

I like the way you have cropped the right side of his face so that he is not smack in the center, yet there is nothing going on behind him. It is to nice effect. I agree that dodging the eye would improve this as that is one of the first things that struck me after I was finished appreciating everything else. He's a keeper. Congrats. Antonia
