Interesting experiment. You might want to work through with this idea and do some more - perhaps with more of the image 'sharpened'.

Good shot, complete with bird and plane. Still haven't been on this one.

(There was a mini-version in Birmingham a few years ago and, I gather, visitors were puzzled by the taped description being in French... The description, apparently, was of Paris! Room for plenty of jokes about Brum then...)

There's more English history here than in a GCSE course, Ray - when can we sit the exam?

Seriously, I like the angle of this - much better than a 'square on' shot would be (though for once I do rather find the green of the trees something of a distraction).

Best, Len

Beautiful, professional shot.

(I've become particularly fond of butterflies since I stopped worrying about caterpillars...)

That's a beauty - and you framed and presented it very tastefully. Well done!

Afraid this needed to be much sharper. I like the actual subject, though.

Good shot of Venice. The reflections really add to the overall effect.

Yes, Mohammed has put it in a nutshell - excellent black and white shot. It prods the imagination and carries with it a real sense of mood.

Nicely presented. There's a limit to how original we can be with archetypal images like these, but you've pulled it off. (The black and white reminds me of the old Ealing comedies, which nostalgia has taught me to love more than I did in the fifties..)

This is splendid, but it's more than (as StingRay put it) "a big treat for all the men" - there's such life, such a wonderful sense of movement and action here, not least because of those splashes of water that seem to have been caught in time.

Excellent, Srna.

You're right to be proud of it, too. It's wonderful. Excellent use of reflections.
