Nice job here, Matt! The only thing I could see to maybe improve it would be a longer shutter speed to silk out the waves a little bit.
Not that I could take this image. My hindsight is 20/20 and is an exact science. :-)
Glad to see you're still around. How's life? We finally made the big move to Colorado and are loving it!

A bit of cropping would add more impact - say 20% off lh side and about 15% off the bottom. Well focused.

The composition is awsome! Whilst I focuse my eyes on the falling water drop , Im very satisfiled with the blured bluish and balc background.
Also the reflections within the drop is very stunning!
you seems to have great eyes for photography!
