So does artistic licence mean you placed the milk crates in a more eye pleasing arrangement? This is such an interesting picture, the snaking electrical conduit is the icing on the cake - an element curving chaos amidst the straight lines in the rest of the image. I now realize looking a little closer that the monochrome look (except the crates) was created by you. I think it works well in this context - not too unrealistic that it becomes distracting. A nicely conceived work, and well executed.

As a life long Canadian prairie dweller I have seen few pictures that are able to capture the expanse of the sky - your image is able to convey the largeness of the sky and the flatness of the land - a tricky balance to acheive, your composition seems to do the trick, at least to these eyes.

Obviously the camera don't work so well or the "artist" that painted the "mural" woudl not be out and about today!

Very fortunate indeed - looks like you are still hanging around the zoo. The intense look and posture, along with the nice rule of thirds framing really drew me in. Looks like the lighting was difficult - a bright patch there blew out the fur, but to me that is only going to hamper perfection.
