Beautiful landscape. Maybe I'd add a tad more reflection on the bottom, but it's just subjective. Very pleasant composition.

Hello Stephen,
I like the composition here. It really looks a bit spooky to me... great atmosphere! My best regards,

A nice view and the glare is okay, but I think you may have too many dark elements here.

I'm going to be completely honest here...you either need to use a flare (star filter) for this or change you camera angle slightly to avoid the single flare of light that you have going through the image. It would be a wonderful photo if not for that one redline of light disecting your one tree.

Interesting capture into the sun - also quite good and saturated colours. The frame seems a littel too heavy.

It is good to see photos of home, well close enough to home. Nice colours in the water, the sun shining favourably.

I believe that you might have compressed the jpg too much and it shows especially in the sky. It also looks rather soft. Did you apply any UnsharpMasking (or similar sharpening) after compression? A part from this it is a classic postcard shot, that gives a wonderful idea of the place. The green water is particularly attractive. The background, where the houses are, is too dark for my monitor.
Bye,Luca
PS: rating is difficult since it is a fine shot but I feel it's not well presented online; I am lowering the overall score for this reason.

Maybe a tiny little bit to dark for me, but I can't help loving this one! A very beautiful capture, the reflection is awsome, and so beautiful with the low tide!

yes lonely. I wish there was a bit more left and right. I want to see that the "island" is surrounded by water.
