It is always wonderful when the Aurora forms these 'Angel Wings'. Having the Pleiades right in the midst is a great bonus. Wonderful shot.

I love this differnet than usual view of the Parliament Buildings. The tone and rising mist give this an almost magical feeling. Iv'e never thought of them as a fairy tale castle before.

Roy, this is beautiful. The transition of colours and their reflections in the water are gorgeous. I love how the vertical crop shows us such a wonderful amount of the sky. It is not so easy to capture the Moon wsithin the scen as you have done. Congratulations on EC. This is superb. I gre up on the Ottawa River, so that adds a bit of a special meaning to this for me.

Roy:
Your work was one of the first I had seen at this site. This image is set well with great colour, very well saturated and the Piece de Resistance is the moon, with the darkened disk still visible. Very well done and congrats for the award!
