Actually it's not very clear, but it was cloudy. So the top of the building is blurred because was in the clouds. Thanks for your advice.

A sharp and well composed image, with the trees and grass providing a good 'frame' for Dumbo in the middle.
In my opinion, it could have done with a little more saturation, especially more red and yellow. Something like the following image.
Anyway, good job, and lucky you for having been there in the first place
