Crop the top off a bit. It puts more focus on the action. And perhaps slightly more on the left, giving the firl in the background some space to shout into.
Otherwise a nice action shot.

I really like this photo, there is an aloofness to the officer on the right that seems to project his authority. He seems like one of those guys that wants to remind us that freedom isn't free. THanks for shaing this interesting moment.
