Thanks Harry. There was a small area where the tulips hadn't bloomed yet, I just cloned some "red" area over it. The rest of the manipulation was just blending two exposures, cheap way of ND-filtering :)

Nice results!!! Harry PS: I'm not to thrill when alterations made of cloning the look’s, but don’t mind color manipulation or some saturations!!!!

Thanks Slyavash. You seem to have a very similar shot with roses instead of tulips. Unfortunately, the yellow tulip was right in the middle of the field, so I couldn't get as close to it as you did with the roses.

Thank you very much for your comments and photo-fix. I did some level adjustments and image sharpening, though I tried to sharpen the entire picture. Sharpening just the eyes look much better.

Hi Doyle the eyes in sharp focus is aways my first priority. Thanks for the tip on using the unshapen mask on just the eyes. In this case I think it totally changes the his expression and he no longer looks to be in Deep Thought.

Joe is right that manual focus works best through glass but image quality, never-the-less will suffer. I love nature and wildlife shots and have done a few myself.
This is pretty good. I did check it . . . and I think minor adjustments in light levels and an unsharpen mask on just the eyes would make a WORLD of difference. I have attached an example. The eyes are the key . . . regardless of the rest . . . if the eyes are sharp the image (IMO) is much better!!
Well done anyway - wonderful pose!

Great capture Can, the focus looks pretty good to me. I have found that manual focus works best when trying to shot stuff through glass. Excellent pose. You have to wonder what he's thinking.
