Great shot, Walter. The blues in the background mountains are wonderful. The two rocks sitting on the edge in the foregreound remind me of a couple of people sitting there admiring the lovely view. The fact that you have the foreground section on a bit of a slant is a great compositional element. Super perspective for taking this image.

This is a sweet picture. It is intersting that the two girls look somewhat alike, yet both have such different expressions for this shot. Both are charming. The setting, although with some pattern, distracts in no way and makes us concentrate totally on those two lovely faces.
Thanks for your comment on my picture.

This is glorious, Bill. There is a glow from its center. I can almost see the little fairy sitting in there. Those blues are gorgeous. Love it.

This is a fabulous picture. The framing and light suggesting the silhouetted children are coming out of a cave into the light and unknown is superb. The uneven nature of the steps and railings and ominous sky add to the mysterious mood. The body language of the children hepls tell the story. The crispness of the B&W is wonderful. Awesome.

For me, the panormama form for this makes it more closely ressemble the wider expanse what one would see in reality. YOu know I can not comment on your techniques because I really would have no idea where to begin trying them. What I do see is a beautiful splash of colour and flower variety. I can almost smell them. I am looking at this on my son-in-law's monitor which does not show the detail and colour that my new one does. So, my figuring is if it looks this good here, it would look even better at yhome. The other thing is though, my monitor shows up more detail and I see more things in mine like picture quality etc that I was not able to see before.

This is beautiful, Pierre. The elongated presentation works so well with this. The textures are superb and that little patch of light behind his head is very effectively placed. Your framing is very complimentary. Wonderful.

Hi again, Todd. I just showed Paul your gorgeous picture as he is a bird man. Of course, he agrees it is a terrific picture.
Do you mind if I make a suggestion? Before you print this out larger, take a look just to the right of his beak. His beak is pointing right to a small whitish spot. There is another one just up from it. Maybe I'm being over pernickity, but they seem to catch my eye as he does point to it. I'm just thinking that you might want to consider removing those two so there is nothing to distract from the beauty bird. Or, maybe I'm being a little too weird.
