composition: against the classical rules, yet very good, with that central tower where the flag on top catches attention
lighting: excellent colours, brightness, contrast and sharpness
originality/emotional appeal: apart from the choice of the central tower a shot that has not particular style visible or subject peculiarities, it differentiates just for the great image quality
I do not mean that every image has to necessarily present a personal style, of course. And one image is not enough to make an impression.

Great detail in the scene Hayri, although the tower is centered the composition still works well imho, very good colour also.
