Louise, this is a beautiful image and certainly has a story to it. You have an image called "Anticipating" which I almost feel is the precursor to this image here, only I am not sure it's even the same bride.

One of the things I like about this composition is the tilt.

Beautiful! I love the angle at which you took this picture. Not straight on as it is more often seen. The shades are beautiful and the bride going down the staircase to the door with the bright light in the windows looks great. It's almost as if it's a sign that there is a bright future in store for her.

Not the typical shot. Definitely great perspective and lighting.

Those doors and the bride's lovely shape are great elements to have for maximum effect.
