I think I have in general a problem with blood, but tells you more about me than about this image, I'm affraid. I can really see the blood here in B&W and due to the darkness of that shirt, but that doesn't really bother me - in fact all the contrary. Nevertheless, I would like to see a little more details in the folds of this shirt - especially since it won't be red, so it won't make me feel dizzy. :-) Besides that, I find the way you positionned the knife BEHIND the 2 fruits very interesting. The natural thing would be to have the knife in front, since it is flat, but you made here, I think, a very clever decision, as it seems that the knife is actually hiding, and that's what knifes that kill generally do. A scary image to me, and not one of my favorite of yours in fact, but still very good and well thought of - or shall I say "dreamed of"...? :-)
