About Taken from the western end of Bills bar in the Barrio of Tubiacanga in Rio de Janeiro. This image was not subjected to my usual Photoshop tomfoolery.

Bill-

Very nice :) I love the contrast that you have, and the brilliant color. To my eye, the horizon looks a smidge off. That's not providing any negative effect though :) Again, lovely photo.

Here's to tropical paradise wherever it may be found(lifts cervesa). I can feel the warm breeze. Thanks.

Now this is the type of picture that I just HATE to see while at work. :-) BEAUTIFUL!

Drew: Pack your bags next trip will be October_November of 2002! Thanks to all for the kind comments. This area is still relatively tranquil.

Daniel: Which way does horizon slope?

Oh Bill!!! You transformed Tubiacanga in a paradise!!! I dind't know that paradise is so close to me!!! Thank you so much for this beautiful image. What a contrast and saturation!!! I love it.

Jose & others: Thanks for the kind comments.
Jose: Ithoght every one in Rio knew that Tubicanga was THE place to go for sunsets! Get down to the new bar just before sunset (near the sand bar) drink some Antartica or Skol and make me insanely jealous. By the way I've captured MOST of the GOOD sunsets. Just go and have a beer on me!
