VERY nice Maja. I like what happened when you cropped out her shoulder and moved her face closer to the frame's edge. One of my constraints in cropping is that I have to stick with 8x10 so they can be easily printed by the models.

Nice light and eye connection. I feel her presence through the monitor. I might loose the extra pearls, almost to much to my eye. She stands out on her own merits to me. Nicely done.
