About very low lighting
I thought that the grain
added to the antique look.
Or is it too much?

Hi, Karen!

I think the grain fits well ( but a little too much darkening on the upper side ).

Reminds me of a Kubrick-Film.
Very good Photo, I like it!

I don't think the grain is too much at all considering the low light level. The vignetting you have applied is a bit too much though and I'd avoid placing it over the face if you could. Its a very classical looking shot thats for sure.
