Wonderful soft colours and beautiful clouds. The person adds perspective and feel. The detail in the sand the the reflected sky are great. The opportunity exists here for a better reflection of the runner. Did you try?

this is lovely but a few suggestions - I would crop sky so as to place the horizon line in the upper third of the image, and straighten horizon as well - otherwise I like, very effective with the runner going into the image.
