dear dave,
you captured the moment allright but... i believe you should decide either to use a fast film or a far reaching power flash for "freezing" the acrobats or excatly the opposite. a slower shutter speed to make them draw figurs or circles plus create the waves of the splashing as well. i am sure that could improve such a scene considerably.
