Thank you Inji,

I am pleased to see classic B&W films are of interest. Here the light was magic and the mood was like at a Alchimist's house, playing with thousands of formulas.
50 mm opened at 2.8.
Low speed to avoid flash use

Kind regards,

Boubékeur

Saeed Al Shamsi   {K:47727} 6/16/2005
Excellent at work arrangement capture, I like the way you caught the man without noticing, very well balanced image and excellent B&W shot. Congrats for BIP. Saeed

boubekeur boukerma   {K:2535} 6/16/2005
Thanks Saeed for your congrat.

I liked the poetic aspect of such lonesome man, surrounded by what is his life (wipers, spark plugs, seals, auto spare parts and ... dust).

Warm Regards,

Boubékeur

Arwa,

I would have recognized your enthousiasm among thousands of comments.
My best award is my friends' interest and words like yours. Usefilm is really the spirit I was looking for.
Hope one day to meet some of "our artists".

By the way congrat for your weeding plan.
Try to capture some pics and protect yourself from the sun as KSA wheather is hot at this time and find the best ballroom you can.

May God Bless your family

Nice shot of the Tehrans Bazar...
Very good...
and where do you buy Kodak T-Max? I'm not finde it...
Best Regards...

boubekeur boukerma   {K:2535} 6/17/2005
Dear Pooriya,

Thanks for your comments.
Regarding Kodak T max film, It is still easy to buy some in France as B&W film is still supported by many photographers here, but you are right it will become more and more difficult to find it.

Kind Regards,

Boubékeur

Very strong and expressive image dear Abu Bakr as always! I love the lighting and your composition a lot, you know how to capture the human being in an emotional way, and that is something I'm lacking and would love to do. Congratulation on the well deserved award my friend!

boubekeur boukerma   {K:2535} 6/20/2005
Dear Fadel,

Being a photographer is at the end always mixing technic and art. This goal is achieved when we forget technic and all your portfolio conveys this idea and carries magic life.

Take Care

Abu Bakr

boubekeur boukerma   {K:2535} 6/20/2005
You are right Jeannette in this picture, the most difficult was to play on the different levels of light and to convey.

Kind Regards,
