Hi Toni, There you go! This is so much stronger than the previous one! Practically in all aspects; the tonal range, the recognisability of the subject, but foremost the composition. I'm amazed about the speed at which you produced the retake... Very well done, an amazing improvement....

One of the nice things about this photo, that makes it so appealing is the positioning of the little girl's arms and hair. Also the perfect proportions or relationship between the wings and arms.

I am a bit behind on comments, let me just affirm the others` praise - it is a masterpiece compositionwise and genuine artwork ! The focus for fairy and surrounding should be matched, ok, but thats a minor point, I would have overlooked it.

So Carsten, your eagle eyes have done it again....I had a funny thought process while reading your comment...first I thought..."so whose comment is he referring to about the difference in focus...and he thinks they were being too nit picky, that's good." Then I realized, that is your personal nit. Actually, that is a good thing, because I rely on you and others like you who will be sure to say what they see...I really do depend on it. That issue crossed my mind once I got away and came back (because that is often when those errors come to light), and I made a mental note to sharpen the leaves in the foreground as well as the grass behind her (so that would stand out as pointed out by another). Even though I might feel like "drat, there's something not right, after all my hard work !?" I am always always grateful to you for braving the nit. So don't come back and apologize because it is small -- I'm trying to encourage you to keep it up and never give in to a concern about it being too small. It's how we get better. Hugs. Antonia
