I like the sharpness in the leaf, and the way you've darkened the areas around it to highlight it.
I think perhaps you could crop a cm or so off the right hand side without the image losing any impact.

this is just beautiful Ade, very peaceful, don't think it needs a crop .. but what about the black "spots" just above the leaf stem? very atmospheric congrats!

This picture has been hanging on my wall for over a year and I hadn't noticed the spots! Must use my eyes a bit more often. Thanks for your comment, I'll bear it in mind.
