Another Yellowstone shot! I'm so happy ---

Good composition - the black and white treatment and balance is probably a good move since the dark background really pops the water out. The geyserite is rather bland at times.

You located yourself well, I remember the boardwalk and there are not a lot of options: either zoom for the mini explosions or go wide and show the settings...

One other thing to try in the future is to crank up the F-Stop and add a ND filter and shoot a longer 1s exposure to veil the geyser... Might be interesting, or just garbage...

I'm off to see if you have other postings - mine are all under a Yellowstone portfolio...

Thanks for the comments! I will be adding 2-3 more images from Yellowstone over the next few days - including at least one more geyser.
