unlikely.
Don't expect any announcement before the big camera shows in september, and no launch until around that time if not later.
And given Nikon's release cycle I'd not expect a D3 series this year at all, or at most a D3h with a D3x to follow next year.

yup. It will appear at some point, but not for the foreseeable future.
Earliest date to expect an announcement (which will be several months before the first units ship) would be the big autumn camera shows, and given Nikon's past release cycle they won't bring a D3x earlier than the D3h (most likely at least 6 months later) and that one's not even announced yet.
Anything you see listed as "fact" at this time is wishful thinking.
