Q. uploading an image with Safari

MacBook going well, then, out of the blue, no go! I get this message (below) in the browser window each time I attempt to upload, sorry, its such a bloody bore but has anybody experienced the same thing and fixed it?

Safari can’t open the page.
Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://www.usefilm.com/add_photo.asp”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.
