Q. Bronica AEIII Meter Prism

Just purchased one of the for my Bronica ETRSi without a manual. Most of it is pretty self explanitory to use.

However on the left side there are two buttons. M and C. I'm not really sure what these buttons meanings are? If anyone could explain to me, I would really appreciate it :)
