Q. Ilford Delta and Kodak D-76

Has anyone came across with the problem of getting contrasty negatives while developing Delta 100 in Kodak D-76 1:1 dilution?

use 1:3 at 20 deg C, shake 10 sec per min after first shake of 1 min continuously - u will get wonderful result
