  Q. creating lens flare
Asked by stephanie green    (K=307) on 8/20/2008
I see a lot of lens flare being used on tv ads...i honestly think it looks really great if done right. However, CS3's "render lens flare" is pretty bla and doesn't allow for a lot of tweaking. Anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks
Stephanie:)

personally I think it looks stupid. Lensflare is a result of a mistake made by the photographer, I can't imagine why you'd want to ruin a good photograph by making it look like you made a stupid mistake...

I just wonder why you chose to give your opinion rather than answer a simple question

There are free and extra cost plug-ins for CS3 in large supply.
One of many examples: http://flashpanoramas.com/blog/2007/11/17/lens-flare-plugin/
Look for reviews and forums where other Adobe users discuss lens flare plug-ins for a place to start.
