Q. Sony announce 'Alpha' D-SLR system

Cameras will be compatible with the Minolta Dynax (aka Maxxum aka Alpha) mount.

actually they were compatible with Minolta A mount. And soon they'll be selling full frame sensor cameras too.

Any sensor is full frame for a given definition of frame...
