hi,Gordon...i am a big fan of Fuji Superia and Superia X-TRA...i read that FS400 was also "the only 400 speed film rated by Modern Photography a couple of years ago as having the same fine-grain rating as a 100 speed film"...regards,gayle

It is probably the best general purpose consumer colour print film on the market today. But it's certainly not the "best" film on the market, if such a thing can be said to exist (as there are many films far better suited for specific purposes, which are however not as suitable for some other purposes).

I am especially fond of Fuji's Superia Reala. A friend at my local photo supply store also showed just how well scanned Reala images convert to black & white... far better than other color negative films. And to add to this... Adorama has been selling it to me for $2.49 per 36 exposure roll. Wow. Give this a try.

hi gordon, i also fujifilm fans. i recommend you to try fuji Proplus II, that's ISO100 film, quality is better than superia 100, price around US$14 for 5rolls on ebay.
