Carl Zeiss has introduces the largest Telephoto lens ever. 1700mm f/4

The ZEISS Apo Sonnar T* 4/1700

weighs in at 256 KG (564 lb)

Either that lens they had hanging on the ceiling was a mockup or those were not your regular wires for hanging things on the ceiling ;)

Now for an F-mount version...

Well the thing that you will need a vehicle to carry it around and a fork lift to bring to the eye level, I mean I am sure that it is a great lens but isn't that just bit heavy?

Do they make them in EF mount?

"Heavy" is relative. If you're going to be using it in a static situation (like an astronomical observatory or a police speedtrap) there's no problem with weight.
Just make sure your mount is sturdy.

I'd not try handholding it though...
