Q. Las Vegas Photo Options

Any suggestions where to shoot in Vegas? I'd like to use B&W film - outside of the strip. I'm interested in dessert options. Thanks!

Red Rock State Park, north west of town by maybe 30 minutes?
Hoover Dam is a bit further but east. Similar to the strip but aways away is Freemont Street in old Las Vegas. Consider nightime shooting. See my image at

Red Rock National Park, 15 miles west of LV on Charleston Road. Wild burros running around even. Antithesis to the Strip.
