Q. Flash Diffusers

I'm looking for a bounce/diffuser to use on my flash unit. I was thinking this would be a simple purchase, but when I started looking, there are tons of different styles to choose from.

I'm considering these three:
Sto-Fen Omnibounce
Lumiquest ProMax Pocket Bouncer
Lumiquest Mini Softbox

Does anybody have any recommendations and advise as to which of these work best?

I read about the Fong Lightsphere, which sounds like it'd be perfect for what I need it for but unfortunately there isn't one for the Sunpak 544.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I almost never see folks using flashes, anymore, without a slip-on box diffuser, one that fits right over the flash window. One might think it was built onto the unit. Who knows the brand, but I might assume - Lumiquest.

I use a diffuser for the SB-800 that came with it. Joe's basically right.

Check out the Gary Fong LS or WhaleTail. I use the LS and am quite happy with the results.

I've been using the Lumiquest Mini Softbox for over 5 years now and have had great results.
