  Q. Replacing picture

Is it possible to replace a picture which I've uploaded today? It shows a glitch which I've only seen when uploaded. I know you can remove pictures, but does that mean you've got to wait another 24h?

I can remove anything at any time when I load my pages or pictures or albums with WS_FTP.
