Q. Standard of work submitted to Usefilm?

Could Donors please take a minute to consider (and comment on) the standard of work (generally) being submitted to the site and the quality of the critiques?

(I am forming a view about this which is aimed at, perhaps, raising the bar a little and assisting all of us to produce better work, particularly the young photographers who exhibit such great natural talent)
