Q. New Donor Member---Donor Status Missing

Dear Admin,
A friend of mine recently paid Usefilm via Paypal an amount of USD 25 and also received the confirmation email, however he is not able to get the donor status in his account. It would be great if you can take care of this issue and I express thousand thanks on my friend's behalf.
