Q. entitled to 3 photo upload

hi .. i am new here.. i joined as one of the donors because i want to post more and learn... and it says here.. each donor is entitled to upload 3 photos... i would like to ask why is it that after the first photo i uploaded..the site says i already reached the maximum uploads for the day and has to wait another 9 and a half hours before i can post again... why is that?:(
