Wonderful shot Laurie.... In the main I love the composition but I feel the impact could be stronger if the bird were looking the other way, so there was an area for the bird to look into. With the bird looking 'out of' the photo there is a lot of dead space to the left that adds nothing to the image. I love the colours and the textures on the water, and that reflection is amazing!!! And I actually think the border works well with the image...

Wow Laurie, amazing capture, I bet you were excited to see this combination, excellent work, I love it, and your presentation is wonderful, that's probably one of the best reflections I've ever seen, and I really like your treatment too, the dark at the top and the bottom of the frame are well balanced, the negative space works well to further enhance the feeling of lonliness, well done my friend!! I see the bandit struck again! Hahaha!!!

What a wonderful reflection photo, Laurie - so elegant! The lighting is absolutely perfect - I love the little ripples of reflected light on the bird's wing. The presentation is great, too - that special style is becoming a trademark! :)
