I like this kind of photography very much Howie. Rough unspoiled nature. I can imagine this must have been a very peacefull place. Personally i would have taken a slightly different angle as the rock seems to block the vieuw on the lake a bit( but i am splitting hairs here).I took the liberty of changing this photo a bit.....i hope you like it. I also removed the slightly pink color haze.

A really lovely shot. I think that you might try cropping some of the top so that the bright sky draws the eye to it less.

Howie, this is a wonderful image offering great depth and a peaceful atmosphere. There may be a magenta colourcast but I like the reduced greens which give us a bleak look. The tones on the lake are superb. The positioning of the rock tends to bring the eye back after it wanders clockwise over the landscape details.

Simply gorgeous, Howie!
Good use of the polarizer.
Great colour and detail.
Best regards, Chris

A lovely image with good composition and colour. maybe a slight crop off the foreground might focus the image a little more. make more of a panorama.
Regards,
Graham.
