Great shot in tough lighting situation! Very nice sharpness and details.

Really nice work Michael...I don't know why but I really like the crop as it includes the four stage lights. I guess I consider it a nice detail....
Did you shoot this as an assignment for someone or did you just take the camera along with your tickets?

Chris G:

They added me to a guest list, so I got in free. I took some photos of them as a fan, and they have used them on their latest release. So this time I came more to take a lot of shots. 575 give or take.

Shot at ISO 1000 and they play so blindingly fast that it's a wonderful challenge. I had a great time.

The exposure is spot on. Like the tight framing at the bottom with the little peek of the spotlights on the top of the frame. Technically well executed with minimal noise @ ISO 1000 & the lighting conditions. My compliments.

Amit:

Thanks - ISO 1000 saves the day! The color balance was manually set to indoor lighting, with a very slight adjustment in PS to take the rest of the yellow out.

Shot right at the stage level at 18 mm with up-view to make them more statuesqe.(sp?)
