Sophie, generally a very nice shot, but the line on the left is distracting.

Hiya Sophie, nice to 'see' you again.. Was the holiday a good one? I hope so.

Now, as Brian has said, it is a shame about that diagonal line on the left hand side because it is a lovely shot taken at a good shooting angle. The rich blue sky with cotton wool balls is lovely and the details and textures in the lighthouse are great..Well done my little Aussie friend...'see' you soon. Best wishes...Ray

It is puzzling to wonder how you were able to shoot in a position for a perspective like this? Yes, the line does put the viewer off a little bit, but that could be dealt with in Photoshop. I believe you have gotten the sky right on this occasion, strikingly blue and the cuddly clouds add to the effect. Well done Sophie and all the best for 2006!

Michael
