Very nice image! The whites are a bit blown out, don't know if it's due to post processing diffused glow, or metering when the image was taken...just a small nit, on a really lovely creation.

Thanks Melissa. I think its a combination of REALLY shiny fabric, softening in ps...and i didnt use a light meter..(slap on the wrist!)
I dont have one that will work with studio lighting-just the old needle kind. I'll be buying one this spring-i never needed one before because i always did location portraiture, natural lighting etc(kids) but i'll definately be buying one now that i have these addictive lights.

In this series she makes me think of gypsies, I guess the red hair piece and colorful background. Beautiful as always.

I have been ever so busy...between my artwork, gardening and my boys...im still photographing, but just havnt had the time to post!!
(i still have to scan my film...ugh...thats the only thing that holds me back).
I still have a ton of film that needs developed still too, so once i get THAT done...hopefully i'll be able to get my life organized enough to post something!!
