It goes without saying that is has to be a good long life.... and then I don't mean just for yourself... Be good for/to others and they (well most of them anyway) be good for you... We have a saying here: treat people like you would like to be treated... If everyone would start with that... some problems would disappear... naive maybe... but I keep on hoping... and doing good... for a long life...
