Stunning gosh that red is beautiful. I wish you were here we have a whole flock of eagles basically in our front yard training there young to catch fish. With your "cannon lens" you could get these guys but they just look like any old big bird in my shots. But I'm not giving up. You have inspired me.

Hi Darlene,
This is a great shot of this red-winged blackbird. I got lucky on a shot of one of these a couple of years ago. They get brave when protecting their nests. They will come quite close and try to intimidate you even if you accidentally get too close.
